Membership Terms Summary

Prelaunch summary of planned Beyond Health & Wellness membership credit, billing, pause, cancellation, and benefit rules.

Planned membership structure

Essential is planned at $29/month, Restoration at $129/month with a $100 monthly wellness credit, and Beyond Wellness at $229/month with a $200 monthly wellness credit.

Credits

Each monthly credit is planned to expire 90 days after issuance, have no cash value, and remain generally nontransferable except specifically stated guest privileges. Credits are not intended for tips, taxes, gift-card purchases, membership dues, or excluded products/services.

Discounts and stacking

Membership retail discounts and wellness credits generally will not stack on the same item. Limited editions, third-party products, gift cards, and already discounted items may be excluded.

Recurring billing

Launch memberships are planned as month-to-month recurring subscriptions with clear authorization and cancellation terms. Failed payments may place benefits into a temporary grace/suspension status until payment is resolved.

Pause and cancellation

The current plan allows eligible members to request a pause of up to two months per rolling 12 months, subject to final terms. Cancellation should stop future billing according to the stated effective date without requiring a burdensome cancellation process.

Beyond ER

Membership does not automatically enroll a member in Beyond ER. Beyond ER uses separate participation, consent, privacy, and operational processes.
